These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern use of the web applications hosted under overturelife.net (the "Services"), operated by Overture Life ("we", "us"). By signing in to or using the Services you agree to these Terms.
Authorized use
The Services are provided for Overture Life staff and other users we have specifically authorized. You may use the Services only for their intended purpose and in compliance with applicable law and any internal policies that apply to you. You may not attempt to access data, accounts, or systems you are not authorized to access, interfere with the operation or security of the Services, or use them to distribute unlawful, harmful, or infringing material.
Accounts
Access is provided through Google Sign-In using an authorized account. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. We may suspend or revoke access at any time, including when authorization ends or these Terms are breached.
Content and data
Information within the Services may be confidential. Do not disclose it outside the scope of your authorization. We may monitor use of the Services for security and operational purposes as described in our Privacy Policy.
Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without notice. We may update these Terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Overture Life shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising from or related to use of the Services.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Overture Life's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
