This Privacy Policy describes how Overture Life ("we", "us") handles information when you use the web applications hosted under overturelife.net (the "Services"). The Services are intended for Overture Life staff and other authorized users.
Information we collect
To sign in, the Services use Google Sign-In. When you sign in, we receive your Google account's email address, name, and profile identifier from Google. We do not receive your Google password.
We also record standard technical information about requests to the Services, such as the network address a request came from, the pages requested, timestamps, and the signed-in account, for security, troubleshooting, and operational purposes.
How we use information
- To authenticate you and determine which Services and data you are authorized to access.
- To operate, secure, monitor, and maintain the Services.
- To investigate misuse, security incidents, or technical problems.
We use your Google account information only for authentication and authorization. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not sell personal information.
Sharing
We do not share personal information with third parties except: with service providers that host or support the Services under confidentiality obligations; when required by law or legal process; or to protect the rights, safety, or security of Overture Life, its users, or others.
Retention and security
Sign-in sessions expire automatically. Access logs are retained for a limited period for security and operational purposes and then deleted. We use appropriate technical and organizational measures, including encryption in transit, to protect information.
Your choices
You may revoke the Services' access to your Google account at any time from your Google account permissions page. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, contact us at the address below.

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above indicates when it was last revised.
